中药口服缓控释制剂的研究进展

摘要

目的对中药给药系统中研究的热点——口服缓控释制剂进行综述，以期为中药口服缓控释制剂的相关研究提供参考。方法收集分析近10年来国内外有关中药口服缓控释制剂的研究资料，分别从制剂类型、体外释放评价、体内释放评价以及体内外相关性方面进行综述。结果与结论中药口服缓控释制剂的研究主要集中于制剂工艺、体外释药特性等方面;体内释药特性、生物利用度、药动学过程等生物药剂学研究则很少;设计原理、质量评价体系等方面的研究更是处于空白，尚需进一步丰富与完善。
